The ultimate off-road adventure. 1,000 kilometers off-road from the Mediterranean to the Atlantic Ocean through the mountains along the border - the Pyrenees. The Pyrenees, a mountain range forming a natural border between France and Spain, are known for their rock formations, snow-capped glacier peaks, endless valleys and their diverse wildlife. Crossing this wonderful area by motorbike on paved roads is already a unique experience. When you tackle this part of Europe off the beaten track it is simply indescribable.North of Barcelona starts our tour, either with your own motorcycle or with a rented BMW R1250GS. After we have tasted the Mediterranean air we start at Cap de Creus, the easternmost point of the Iberian Peninsula, characterized by bizarre rock formations. On endless gravel roads we ride through Catalonia into the High Pyrenees. Along the old smuggler trails, through riverbeds and through breathtaking valleys, we continue through the province of Aragon. In Roda de Isábena, elected as one of the most beautiful villages of Spain, we take a day off. There is plenty of time to enjoy nature, relax by the pool or, for those who have not had enough, have a go for a off-road motorcycle training at Enduro Park Isábena. The next three riding days we continue on numerous slopes heading west through the province of Navarre. Passing Pamplona, we travel west close to the Spanish-French border until we reach the Atlantic Ocean. We inhale the air of the Atlantic Ocean and enjoy the last evening of the tour eating the Basque typical tapas called Pinchos, while the sun sets over the Ocean.
